The following codes have to entered in a relatively quick sequence. The text in the brackets describe where they have to be entered. Some codes require that you press start at the end (you should hear a sound effect to confirm the code was entered in correctly) while some seem to require that you enter them multiple times before they are recognized.

There are 7 playable characters which can be unlocked after reaching certain points in gameplay.

Black Panther: Collect Black Panther Action Figures throughout game play.
Blade: Play Crane Game in Murder World.
Daredevil: Collect Daredevil Action Figures throughout game play.
Dr. Strange: Rescue him from Mandrin in Act 1
Ghostrider: Rescue him from Mephisto in Act 2
Agent Nick Fury: Complete the game on easy or normal mode
Silver Surfer: Complete all Comic Book Missions
